FAQ's

You can find answers to the most commonly questions we get asked here.

Q: I'm not sure which treatment package to choose?

A: We strongly recommend that you start off with an initial consultation, so we can provide you with the best possible treatment plan.

Q: Why can't I achieve my desired results after one session?

A: Laser therapy is a progressive form of treatment, multiple treatments are required in order to achieve your desired results.

Q: Is laser therapy safe?

A: When performed with an appropriate, properly maintained device by a suitably trained practitioner, laser treatments are extremely safe. This is why it is mandatory for a consultation and assessment to be performed before treatment.

Q: Do laser treatments hurt?

A: This depends on the treatment. Some treatments feel like warmth, tingling or small snapping sensations, while others may be virtually painless.

Q: How many treatments will I need?

A: The number varies according to the treatment, individual response and the condition being treated. A treatment plan can be discussed during your consultation.

Q: When will I see results?

A: Some improvements may be visible relatively quickly, while other changes develop progressively over several weeks as your body responds to the treatment.

Q: Is laser treatment suitable for everyone?

A: No. A consultation and medical/skin assessment are important because certain medical conditions, medications, recent tanning, skin conditions and other factors can make particular treatments unsuitable.

Q: How long do I have to wait between treatments?

A: This depends on what treatment you are having, as well as what stage of the treatment journey you are in. Wait time between treatments can range anywhere from 24 hours to 12 weeks. Top up sessions for long term maintenance may also be required every 6 - 12 months for certain treatments like laser hair removal.
